Dismantle existing Jet and lubricating oil loading facilities. Repurpose the lubricating oil loading gantry to a double sided Jet truck loading arrangement. Provide the necessary Jet fuel filtration and loading control. Providing access control gates and appropriate traffic management.
Fitting jet loading equipment within the existing lubricating oil gantry structure, while providing access for operations and maintenance. Setting out sufficient space for truck turning arrangements within the confines of reduced space within the premises, and safe interaction with external road network.
Project management including: financial control and reporting; scheduling of design, procurement; and construction activities and construction management. Develop feasibility proposals, and subsequent design from concept through to construction. Design responsibility for dismantling, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, control, instrumentation and automation engineering. This included providing traffic management plan with truck turning circles, pipework and equipment layouts, issuing deign drawings to contractors, interface with loading and access control systems. Act as PSDP. Develop service specifications for the installation works and manage the construction. Oversee commissioning.
